Our journey began with a bold career switch, driven by a passion for cooking and a desire to connect with people through flavours. Although, when you go back even further in time, it really started out with a love story:

In a far-away land, an Israeli boy met a Dutch girl and they fell madly in love during their travels. Ultimately, the boy ended up in a small windy country called the Netherlands. The boy, now a man, became an electrical engineer, working for an international company. However, after a decade-long career in the high-tech industry he decided to follow his culinary dreams and transform his life. In the summer of 2023, he purchased two charming blue vintage food caravans and became a chef. He started at the lively Leiden market with his signature Sabich, quickly expanding his menu to include a variety of self-invented dishes. He then began to cater at festivals and private events and people loved it!
